Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee:
- A fee equivalent to 40% of the service will be charged.
- Rescheduling:
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Exceptions:
- In case of emergency, contact us as soon as possible. We assess exceptions individually.
- Reminders:
- You will receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email, phone, or SMS.
- Refunds:
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid services are at our discretion.
