Cancellation Policy

Notice Period:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee:
A fee equivalent to 40% of the service will be charged.
Rescheduling:
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Exceptions:
In case of emergency, contact us as soon as possible. We assess exceptions individually.
Reminders:
You will receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email, phone, or SMS.
Refunds:
Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid services are at our discretion.
